Cheesy Beef and Salsa Pizza


1 pound of ground beef
1 cup of salsa
2 cups of Bisquick
½ cup of melted Velveta cheese
½ cup of hot water
½ cup of sliced green onions 
1¼ cup of shredded cheese

     Step 1) Heat oven to 375°. Grease large baking sheet. Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in salsa; remove from heat.
     Step 2) Stir Bisquick, cheese sauce and hot water until soft dough forms. Place dough on surface dusted with Bisquick; gently roll in Bisquick to coat. Knead about 5 times or until smooth. Roll dough into 14-inch circle; place on baking sheet. Spread beef mixture over crust to within 2 inches of edge. Sprinkle with onions. Fold edge over beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
     Step 3) Bake uncovered 25 to 28 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pizza. 
     Prep time about 15min. Bake time about 28 min. Makes approximately 8 servings
