1¼ cup of shredded cheese
½ cup of finely chopped onion (optional but recommended)
½ cup of sour cream
¾ cup of buttermilk
1 package (3¼ ounces) sliced pepperoni, chopped
1 clove of garlic clove, finely chopped
1 cup of grated parmesan cheese topping
Step 1) Heat oven to 375°. Grease 2 baking sheets. Stir together all ingredients, except Parmesan topping, until dough forms.
Step 2) Drop dough tablespoonfuls into Parmesan topping. Roll in topping til coated. Roll into breadsticks about 8-inches long. Place about 1½ inches apart on cookie sheets.
Step 3) Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Prep time about 34 min. Bake time about 20 min. Makes approximately 20 servings.
